The Site Visit
One of our representatives stops by the location for a site visit to determine the initial specifications and needs for the build. A contract is prepared based on the information collected. Once the contract is signed, our crew gets to work.
From Build to Tear Down
We research whether a permit is needed and if there are any underground utilities. Once those details are resolved, our crew arrives to setup. Strict safety precautions are adhered to for the safe installation of your tent and event equipment. Our owner is always on site to inspect and approve the install and breakdown to ensure the highest safety and quality expectations are met.
